Worth it- quality
I love this product! It’s my First time trying this kindof supplement and I'm impressed. It is not expensive and it has a great taste, no side effects, and I've had more energy and better blood flow. Blood pressure is looking better too. I really recommend is a great supplement and I hear that is a good brand too.

Too sweet
Directions say to use one scoop per 8 oz of water, but that made it powerfully way too sweet for me, and I'm not a real fan of Stevia. I recommend half a scoop with 32 oz of water and add 1/2 a teaspoon (more or less) of unsweetened electrolytes to it. The saltiness will neutralize the sweetness making the taste a bit more balanced. If it's still too sweet, add a slice or two of lemon.
