This did nothing for my menopause, won't use this again, not strong enough.

I’ve been trying this out for a while to aid menstrual cramps, it’s hard to tell if they help much at all. Using a dropper makes it hard to know the dosing. I will keep experimenting to see if this product is really what’s helping me or if other treatments are.

Definitely recommend this product! I put a drop in my coffee every morning!

I'm a transwoman on HRT. I'm always taking a rotation of natural supplements, to try and boosthe effectiveness of the hormone treatments. I was a bit surprised by this one. Not only is it clean, and without negative smells or tastes. But, there are no negative side-effects, and I swear I noticed a serious boost in the feelings that accompany taking estrogen, while I still had some of the supplement. I love liquid extracts, because they're supposed to work quickly, and be more bioavailable. I mixed it with another liquid I take, and about 8oz of water. It works great, and I had no problems.

This is a great and easy way to add nutritive supplements to your daily sips. The taste is great and it has not affected my coffee's taste whatsoever. I love that it has Maca, Ashwagandha, and Rhodiola as well as Chaste Tree and Black Cohosh included in the formulation. It's nice that it is sugar free and "allergen free" (whatever that means). I wish that the label had more information about the amount of each herb included in one dropperful as I regularly take several of these and would like to know more specifics about the amount included. Also, I have had a tiny bit of difficulty getting a full dropper of the liquid, and so have had to regularly use two half-droppers full. Not a problem, just a minor annoyance.Overall I am very pleased with this formulation, even though I am not sure how much it is affecting me -- I simply have not taken it long enough yet -- and I am pleased that it can easily slip into my morning routine.
