Excellent for Kettlebell Training
Working with kettlebells creates a contradiction challenge with grip: it needs to be dry enough to provide a solid grip, while also providing reduced friction to allow the kettlebell grip to rotate in the hand as you move ballistically from start to finish positions. Failing in either of these needs can lead to dropped kettlebells or the formation of blisters and excessive calluses. I can assume there are similar requirements for gymnastics or bar work, such as when performing muscle-ups.This Gymreapers chalk has proven to perform exceptionally well in both areas. Even in sweaty, humid outdoor workouts, it allows me to maintain a solid grip and control the kettlebell, while also allowing for smooth rotation of the handle in my grip. This has improved my confidence with heavier kettlebells while minimizing calluses. The chalk bricks are solid enough to use by rubbing directly on your hands or the handles; however, I prefer to break the bricks up into a bucket (I use an airtight bucket designed for pet food to keep the chalk dry because I store it outside). The bricks can be broken into a smooth powder with a little effort, creating a nice soft powder to apply easily. I break and crush all the bricks, then just stick my hands in, grab some, rub my hand together and clap a few times to shake off the excess. As the summer arrived and the temperature and humidity rose, this chalk has been proven to reliably provide me with the grip I need to continue my kettlebell workouts. Highly recommended.

Great chalk
For those who use chalk in the gym you know there are two different kinds. The good stuff and the bad stuff. The bad stuff is grainy, doesn't "dry out" your hands to get an iron grip. This is not that stuff. This is the good stuff

Chalk
She uses it for gymnastics, so far no complaints and arrived intact, less powder everywhere. Comes with enough to last a long while.

Good block chalk
These chalk blocks arrived in perfect solid blocks. The chalk is smooth and keeps my hands dry the entire time I'm climbing. I like how long each block lasts, especially since there are so many blocks in a pack. I'll have enough chalk to last forever.

Nice chalk with a great look!
I do aerials and I rock climb so I go through lots of chalk. I really like this Gymreapers chalk- it’s softer than most of the block chalks that I’ve used so it doesn’t break off in big chunks. It’s very powdery so even though it’s a block you can easily break it into a fine powder which I like for rock climbing. For trapeze we just break off a bit and put it in a sock so you can slap the sock on your hand and get a good amount of chalk that way. It definitely keeps the sweat at bay and helps me not feel slippery. It doesn’t have a smell. You get 8 blocks for a reasonable price. The price is comparable to other brands that I’ve purchased. Im happy with it!
