Great Taste, A Little Goes A Long Way!
This stuff is amazing - I tend to buy larger tubs of curry paste now and just store it correctly, as it's so much more cost effective (and tastier) than buying the already made up stuff in jars. You can add as much as you'd like to increase the heat, but even then - you don't need much. It's great to have in the cupboard 'just in case' you want to whip something together easily that still is nutritional and tasty.

Most red Thai authentic curry paste by far
Top tip🤣: If I don’t use all of it in a couple of weeks then I decant mine into ice cube trays and freeze them. Then pop them out into a Tupperware pot and store in the freezer. I can pop in 2 or 3cubes with every Thai curry I make. This is the best and most authentic paste I’ve tried. Delicious!!I do my freezer trick because if you don’t do this and just keep the tub and bag in the fridge it can go a little mouldy if you don’t use it all in a couple of weeks. So try my trick and you’ve got the best paste stored perfectly.

Very easy to use on a busy day
I usually have green paste ( or wheni have time cook using spices) so this was an experiment. It works really well, I did add lemongrass and ginger but you wouldn't have to. It makes for a very quick vegan stir fry and it is also lovely in soups.

Best commercial paste there is
I've tried quite a few makes of ready made paste over the years and this is the one I keep going back to. It has just the right balance of heat, and a good depth of flavour, although of course more tailored to western tastes than true Thai. Good value for money too, plus the bonus of a sealable container once opened!

very tasty, we use it a lot.
I have bought this brand and used it for years, but our local supermarket does not stock it, sadly.bought both the red and the green. I use it for stir frys, soups, noodles or add a spoon to cooked rice. You can control how hot the dish is by adding more.

Goes mouldy very quickly, only worth buying if you'll use it all up really soon
This paste goes off really quickly. Either get ready to eat Red Curry every single meal, or don't bother. I made one curry with it, it was tasty, on par with Mae Ploy or other brands. But mould grew all over the rest of the paste in far less than the 3 months, that it's supposed to last in the container in the fridge! Mae Ploy never went bad. Maybe if you freeze part of the paste after opening it might save some of it from going bad this quickly, but overall it's just an expensive product that is of poor quality.

The Best Red Curry Paste
I have had cooking lessons in Thailand and can make my own red curry (and green curry) paste from scratch. In my humble opinion this is one of the best red curry pastes available at supermarkets. It is easy to use, and supplies an authentic taste.
