Product is of really good quality, but it just feels that it doesn't hold the phone secure enough. I'd prefer a stiffer spring for the holder. Installation is pretty simple and straightforward. Edit: It broke in some months. Maybe due to the effect of sunlight on plastic, the bracket foxed on handlebar broke.

I got my second igrip secure plus. It holds my phone well. But has a few flaws. 1. The mount tips down every time I pass through rumble strips, the ball grip behind the mount doesn't hold tight even after tightening it fully. 2. The red button in the middle is too delicate and it rotates when pressed. Because of that, the button wears-out quickly, mine wore out within 2 months. 3. I use a spigen armour case for my phone, due to rotation, the red button drills into the case overtime, making a deep pit in the case. 4. After 2 months, the mechanism to open the claws don't work. When I press the 2 side buttons, it stays open as long as I hold the buttons, when I release the buttons, the claws close down. I got a second because of urgency, not because I like it. I'll get an alloy one next time. Even if it's expensive. It lasts way longer. Update: The mounting ball is broken, using the second one now.

The fit is perfect with rubber insides. The tool is a good one, its not very common so theft chances are less. Phone is mounted securely. It handles most bumps easily without instability. Didn't try off roading, but on road, its stable enough. The mounts from Competition are way too costly and some are not even good quality. Price is within 3 digits, so great! Quality received is upto expectations, finishing is top notch. Overall, I'll have to give 5 stars because its upto expectations. Amkette brand is reliable. I remember, in the 1990's, we used to have Computer floppy disks with this brand. Suggestion for future improvement:- I suggest Amkette to make a ROTATE-ABLE mobile phone holder mount, so that mobile can be rotated in any angle for video recording. I would love to record the videos of my ride, of myself, but with this one, its not possible.
