You can tell a whole lot of thought has gone into this book. Recipes look absolutely delicious, photography and the descriptions ..10/10

Was not sure what to expect from a book titled Soups, Salads and Sandwiches but as usual a book from Matty Matheson did not let me down. There are so many things to choose from, I'm not sure what to make first. I didn't think I was really a soup person but he makes them all look totally delicious and even though there may be a few ingredients in the list, they are mostly things you would have on hand at home anyway. So many flavour bombs here....very happy camper.

Big book with hardcover. Nice addition to the collection. Matty isn’t for everyone, but he’s for me. I like his style of cooking and storytelling and jokes and shenanigans.
