At first I ordered the yellow pack (drink support) and not the red detox pack. I liked the drink support so much that I ordered this duo to try the detox and to replenish my drink support stash. First of all the drink support is great. The pills are huge but if you'd like you can snap them in half. I felt more energy and since taking them I noticed drinking much less. My workouts improved and overall I am very glad I gave them a try. Gave me energy but in a good way. Not jittery and unnatural. The detox pills however I noticed not so great reviews (look them up individually). I've done different detoxes before and since I liked the yellow pack I gave them a shot. 3 day detox. Day 1 I took the recommended 3 pills with lots of water. I felt a little sick with some lower back pain most of the day. I thought to myself I wouldn't take them the next 2 days. Then I realized that the detox was working and I remembered feeling those effects in the past with other detox pills and baths. Day 2 and Day 3 I didn't feel bad. Only day 1 I felt bad enough to skip a workout and was drained even though I took it easy all day. My body must have been working hard to detox. Now I'm all done with that and my stomach is flatter. I suffered a lot of bloating I couldn't get rid of. I workout almost daily but I do feel the detox pills helped a lot with my stomach bloat. Probably the flattest tummy I've sported in some time. So I'd recommend both products. The only downside is the size of the pills and I read someone mentioned there are a lot of fillers. Also, I highly recommend taking L-Glutamine Amino Acid in combination with these. They regulate digestion and help with mood and energy. I'll continue the L-Glutamine as my regular daily 1-2 a day from now on. These yellow and red packs I'll prob order here and there but not take every day. The yellow pills are good but I feel like they do a job and I don't need them all the time. Keep in mind everyone individually can have very different experiences. Good luck in your journey✌

They work, I’ve tried straight Kudzu Root, but something about the combination in the vitamins of these makes a difference for me. I like them.

UP DATE: I had this on auto delivery because I really liked it and then I started getting a different color pill the first few times I ordered it the pill we orange/dark yellow and then I started getting a white pill and 1/2 the size, DO NOT BUY THIS, the white pill doesn't work at all! I'm so upset because I was doing so great with the colored pill it was working for me and the white pill doesn't work at all... I stopped the re-orders until they go back to the colored pills NOTE TO THE MANAFACTURE please go back to the colored pills the white ones are a BIG waste of money I took 1 pill the day I received the pills that was about 6 pm and wow it really works!! I didn't want anything to drink, I made a shot to drink when I got home and I really didn't want it let a long another as always. The next day I took 1 at noon and then when I was leaving work at 5 and I didn't want to drink anything that night again and I'm so happy that I found something that really works!!! If anyone that can't stop drinking than this is it! It is so much easier to stop drinking or even slow down, the pill is BIG but who cares if it works and my pee is bright but I think that lets me know it is working!! I really didn't think it would work but I'm so happy that my husband interduce this to me, if you really want to slow down or stop this is it!! try it and see if it works for you! No, I haven’t been paid or asked to do this I just know how hard it is to slow down or quit but I see myself not drinking in just a few months! I sure hope so, this has taken over my life and I want to fight back and win this

So far it’s worked. Used it twice when I felt like drinking 3 pills in one dose Only thing that’s got my concern is I was peeing neon green but other then that I guess it works.

I bought these to help quit drinking or at least reduce the amount I drink. I'll try anything but don't expect anything to work. Seemed to help reduce my drinking by like a couple beers for the first few nights. Did nothing in terms of eliminating my craving for it though. It did boost my energy and over all feel good. By about 10% if I had to throw a number out there. Should point out that alcoholism runs in my family. I am a functional alcoholic. They say the first stage of alcoholism is denial though. I have never denied it, so do I really qualify as an alcoholic? Never drink during the days, only at night starting around 7pm - 11pm. I do not beat my wife or miss work because of it. I just want to stop for health reasons. I started drinking at age 17 and have pretty much been going non-stop up until now. Which is ~25 years of drinking beer 7 days a week. Age 17 - 21 was weekend party bing drinking. From age 21 - 35 was crazy 16 - 20 beers a night 7 days a week. Then my health started going down hill around 35 and I slowed to around 10 - 12 beers from 35 - 38. This was still causing me health issues and now I have reduced to 6 beers a night. This is about as low as I can go it seems. Was hoping this stuff could get me lower, but after a few days I seemed to become immune to it. I would pay a lot of money to get a pill to feel alive without drinking beer. So far, no luck. Without beer it seems life is empty and dark with nothing to look forward to.

I bought this product because I have bad self-control and urges to drink. Coronavirus especially, without work for 3 months now, I have been drinking a lot more.. I would try to take a few days off but would have urges to drink. You know that little fight you have with your brain while sitting at home on your computer? Then you give in and go grab a sixer. Anyways, I decided to try it after reading a few similar reviews to mine. Today is the third day I am taking it. I usually have the fight with my brain around 6pm. I have been taking the first pill at 5-6pm. It's 10pm, I took my second pill an hour ago. I have done this since Monday. Wednesday today. During these last 3 days, I literally have no had the urge to drink or buy some alcohol. It is baffling me, because I know how I feel when I want to drink. Like, at all. No urge. I had a few times where I would have my brain remind me around the time I would assume the Kudzu root (read further in the review to see why this works) in the pill was wearing off, after which I would take the second pill and completely kill the urge and not care about drinking again. BOOM vanished! So the first ingredient in their proprietary blend is something called Kudzu Root. It has been documented many times to have been used by the Chinese for thousands of years as a natural medicine for alcoholism. There are also a few studies with lab rats and even students. Just search "kudzu root alcohol craving" on google. Another piece of the blend is Milk Thistle which "Milk Thistle is a popular herbal remedy that may be beneficial for those who overindulge in alcohol. " Plus there are other ingredients that promote detox and keeping your liver and organs functioning. I know it's only the third day, but I know that something is different now. It's a cure for cravings. It also helps with appetite I've noticed and so have others. in the reviews I read about Kudzu root supplements. btw I'm still getting hammered on July 4th ;)

I drank every day, 12 packs of 16oz cans of beer. I put on some weight. Even with working construction the weight just piled on. The pills are a bit chunky, but that's expected with how much is in them. I bought 2 packs of 30, followed the instructions, and went for a walk once a day. Just down the street and back. The pills definitely gave me some energy, I've done cold turkey before(no night sweats, chills. The worst I got was a runny nose the first 2 days) and I gotta say I would recommend this to the moderate to heavy drinker. I don't know how they would do if your drinking a bottle of vodka or whiskey a night, but give it a try. ( definitely requires some willpower, and self discipline) The pills didn't keep me up at night. I would take 1 at 12pm and another between 7 and 8 pm. I feel great and got on a decent work out schedule, and now down 20lbs going from 295 to 275, and still going strong, haven't had cravings since I finished taking them. I'm considering getting a few more packs just because they are a good supplement to have in general.

I think this product works a little, but as soon as I started them, I stared to get bums in my face, and I drink a lot of water. I wasn't sure at first what caused the bumps, but once I stopped taking them the bumps went away, then when I started the pills again after taking two pills, I had 3-4 big bumps like pimples in my face, so unfortunately, I had to discontinue these pills.
