Horrible experience I bought this for a 2020 impala, first the tool was not included as advertised and then my original key part won't fit ,placement of battery is a Horrible idea as small medal piece that is needed for the battery to work from original fob won't stay put. , no directions and I could only find 1 video online about this item and that guy will also get a Horrible review!!!! Don't ruin your whole day on this item !!

Does not work well with the original parts. But works great with the functionality of the buttons. The quality is fair it’s a cheaper plastic than the original but overall worth the price

If the circuit board in your fob is still in one piece, this is a great replacement.

I'm going to try and be fair to the seller while staying true to my experience. The item received was as advertised and I was able to use this as a replacement for my partner's key fob after it broke, but if these aren't the biggest pain in the ass to put together. It took over an hour, two people, and multiple videos to figure out how to get this thing together. I don't think it's an issue with the replacement, but an issue with the style of key fob. We ended up half-assing it and assembling it in such a way that the key doesn't retract or extend. Trying to wind the key enough times felt like trying to diffuse a bomb. All the pieces fell apart in our hands several times while trying to get everything just right. SAVE THE SPRING from your other fob. During our attempts to get this to work, the spring got bent and was no longer useable. My advice would be to take it to a dealership and make it their problem, it simply was not worth the trials and tribulations to make this functional. All of that said, the key does work, if not a little loose.

This was wonderful!! My old fob was broken and I was told I could order a new one from Amazon and I was so very glad I did.

If you want to save on having a locksmith re-cut the mechanical key, this unit is semi-compatible with the old OEM mechanical key from the OEM fob, however you will need to make some modifications. When disassembling, you will need to use the new button from the SUPLAND remote, place in a mini vise or other fixture and file inside lower tabs at an angle) the two lower alignment tabs on the button, so that it falls all the way into the pivot hole of the key. This is because the placement of these tabs on the outer circumference of the button is slightly different than the OEM design. Coincidently, I also purchased a competing model (UPC 727467481820) from JJCHQ here on Amazon, where the mechanical key was a plug and play interchange. You may want to save effort and try that model. The JJCHQ case also had a nifty adhesive button to cover the screw on the back of the fob cover. Good Luck with your choice !

I used the product to replace my key fobs as the buttons were falling apart. Everything fit perfectly and worked well and the mechanic said it was easy to put together.

El producto es bueno pero no trae el emblema para ponerle y no se le puede colocar la "espada" de la llave anterior, no me convenció mucho, tuve que hacer un ajuste para poner la espada original pero ahora no cierra, siempre la tengo que tener abierta, creo que deben considerar si lo van a comprar que tendrán que hacer la copia de la espada en la que trae la carcasa, será un costo extra.
