This is my second order the first one worked but it didn't turn OFF or ON it would only turn ON when I plugged in the charger so I had to return the first one and I really wanted to get a second one but with all its functions working..The one that I have works great it gets the job done and it prints really well very convenient, really easy to use.

The software is terrible, extremely buggy, used half a roll of labels just to get one label printed correctly. Kept requesting updates every time I opened the app, after prior downloading, & installing. Also does not have a print preview. Despite the size my intended use for this printer was primarily shipping labels USPS, UPS, it kinda works I had to get the biggest size paper, but with all the errors & waste of labels through multiple trial & error, & using the same template that worked perfectly last time, & get an error after, its too time consuming, & inefficent. Also I needed a bigger thermal printer that is portable, works on bluetooth so I could use my phone to use which other thermal printer makers like brother, DYMO, & zebra do not have these ease of use capabilities, & behind the tech curve in 2020. Overall its a cool little printer the bluetooh connected first time, but even with the small papwr size print firmat as the only axxeptable compromise & workaround for this capability, I did have to return this printer because of the buggy software.

Purchased this label printer to use in my clothing boutique for my barcodes. Works amazing & is easy to use! I love that I can create barcode labels from my phone. I do wish there was an option to create barcode labels with different numbers all at once, but other than that I love it. Great value for the money & the company has been great when asking questions about the product and ease of reordering labels. I would definitely recommend this product!

The app is very difficult to use with the printer. It keeps stopping and there is not a solution for fixing it. I did install another app through the apple store and it is currently working. But if your selling something that requires an app for it to work the app should work. Very disappointed in that. When it does work it works well and prints even better.

I just learned of this product two days ago (as of this writing) and had it shipped Prime. After placing the order, I sent seller a question to inquire about the SDK for iOS. He responded within hours with the downloads for both iOS and Android. The printer showed up today and I had the SDK demo project built quickly and installed on my iPhone for testing. So far this looks to greatly exceed my expectations.While the PDF and SDK comments are Chinese, the actual function and argument names are English. It looks easy enough to use the SDK in spite of it not yet being available in English. I'd give the tech support 5 stars if the SDK was English, but it is 5 stars in responsiveness.The printer connects via Bluetooth nearly instantly, and without having to use the iOS Settings > Bluetooth page. And being BT, it will be able to do so even when in locations where no Wifi network is available, or when on a public wifi which typically block network traffic between devices.Since I *just* received the unit, I can't speak for reliability yet, but first impressions are VERY positive.The free app on the iOS App Store also has more features than I expected. But my personal reason for getting this was to offer customized printing from my apps regardless of location the client is using the app.

This might work fine for people looking to make labels with QR codes or barcodes. It also would be fine for cable labeling. But if you ate looking for something to make address labels, something else might be a better choice. the included instructions are worthless as far as how to use it and so are any videos I could find. To make an address label you have to create an individual field for every line and then align them yourself using your eyes. It’s just not worth the price for me.

THIS ITEM does not work as described, it does not print you logo no matter what I tried, i hit the image buttom select the logo (my personal one) and the image will not upload I tried uploading other images nothing it only allows you to use there silly logos. website is in chinese customerservice says wait 3 days for a reply, oh and that youtube video there talking so much about forget it, they skip right over how to use your personal logo and enter one of theirs. It is very importantto buy american made products even if you have to pay a little more.REVISE- although customer service wasn’t helpful I was able to figure out the problem myself. Go into settings and click general click on PuQu and then click allow access to photo. Problem solved it’s a shame this isn’t in basic instructions. With that being said it’s a great product.

The app that I get linked to after scanning the document that came with the printer takes me to a chat app and when I try to manually get online for the website it’s all in Chinese, this is a great printer I’m sure if you are in China but not user friendly to me , I’m probably gonna return it and spend more money on one that is more English friendly,*** EDIT>>>> after getting this thing to work finally with much effort it worked great , although if you want to figure if it is worth it for you or not , I used this for one roll of labels and after sitting in my desk for a few months safely in its box it only worked long enough to print one roll of labels , the printer now is completely inoperable, a complete loss, consider this and all of the negative reviews before you buy , if you need a dependable printer for the price consider a better printer with better reviews
