I was worried about the time involved to set this up because I don’t have large chunks of free time. The support team was amazing. We were able to set this up step by step at my pace. They would send me a video of a step and once I completed that they would send me the next to do when I could. Very easy to follow and I total did not take long. I had a printing issue after set up was complete and they were able to help me right away. Printer is great and the customer service is outstanding.

I love this DTF printer! DTF printing takes some time and work, and after some trial and error I was able to start making some great prints! After using for about a month I had an alarm, and after several days of working on it myself I decided to call customer support. I was a little nervous about the tech support being in a whole different part of the world, but my concerns were not needed! After the initial back and forth on WhatsApp, I was handed off to a tech to assist with my issue. His name was Levi, and he was a great help! The issue was not easily solved, but he was very persistent, and after a couple of hours my machine was fixed and back up and running with absolutely no issues! He was also able to give me some great advice on keeping my machine in its best condition. I hesitated to get in touch with the service, but my advice is don't wait, don't spend days looking for a fix, it is much quicker and less stressful to let the experts start ASAP! Levi was very professional and I can say it was obvious that he knows the machine very well. I just want to say "Thank you" for the help getting the machine running again!

Overall excellent. I’ve had the Lancelot A3 l1800 printer for about 10 weeks now so I can give it a reasonable review at this point. First, I am a hobbyist printing only a few shirts each week. As such, my review is based on the ease of routine operation and maintenance.This is my second DTF Printer. My first was also an EPSON L1800 from a different vendor, so same basic operation but much different firmware, software and panel controls. The previous printer required frequent maintenance to prevent printhead clogging and waste ink pump flushing. In the 1.5 years I used it, I replaced the printhead twice.(1) Maintenance: Since I placed it in service, maintenance has been limited to minor cleaning and ink reservoir filling. I have checked the printhead, buffers, waste ink pump and found that they have not needed servicing up to this point. It is noted that the printer circulates ink, even when turned off, if the power is maintained. There is a recommended process if you wish to power it down for any extended period.(2) Print Quality: When printing, I found it is good practice to perform a head cleaning operation and add a small color strip to the first portion of my print to get the white ink flowing. After the first print, ink is consistent, and the prints are excellent quality. While the printer is set up for A3 film sizes, it works fine with A4 films as well.(3) Directions and videos: This is a weak point. Their documentation and videos are very basic and do not necessarily match up with the actual controls on the machine. Even the stickers on the machine do not match up with the actual controls and their functions.(4) Service: I must give them an excellent on this. When I first got the machine, I found that some of the contents of the USB drive that came with the machine were corrupt. I called their service line, but since it was a weekend, there was no answer. To my surprise, I received a message through Amazon from them attempting to contact me. Their service representative was very helpful and patient and provided a download link for the corrupt files as well and walking me through the initial setup.I am extremely happy with the Lancelot A3 l1800 printer and hope to make many fun products with it.

Bought this printer for my son with laptop and oven so far printer is working good , colors are great and Customers services are awesome they always there if any problems, Very nice Printer .

I cannot recommend enough that you stay away from this product.We purchased this in November 2025 for our small shop. Initially, it worked great. I don't love that to do anything you have to let them on your computer, but it worked, the colors were vibrant and we ran into minimal issues. One month later, we started having the same issues REPEATEDLY such as the waste ink pad counter saying it was full, our print nozzle checks missing massive amounts of segments and then the latest in early March, the white going outside the image where it shouldn't.Each time we connect with chat, they speak to us like we are beneath them. It can never, EVER, be the printer's fault and must always be user error. Instead of solving the root cause of the issue, they look for bandaids. For instance, with our excess white, we repeatedly requested they walk us through a print head alignment after speaking to many experts about it who all agreed it was out of alignment. Lancelot techs continuously told us that was not the case and that it was either a) our files b) our settings or c) our transfer film not having enough excess looped down. We tried all of these without success and each time requested a print head alignment. It is not an exaggeration for me to say that it took us 3 days of pleading for them to finally agree and it fixed our issue immediately.Today, we yet again have an issue with our waste ink pad counter. We followed the steps we have done every time (at this point we are doing it on our own every 2 weeks) and ran into an issue where the program will not reset and just goes to not responding. Instead of being helpful, the service techs are again enforcing that it is clearly something we are doing. Instead of being polite and helpful they are sending us messages say "100% failure" to what we are trying.please, please, please. I urge you to just get a US based product if that's where you are.
