Super gift. Very educational. My Grandson, 7y old, loved it and understood the rotations of earth around the Sun and synchronus orbit of moon. Must buy.

My 11yo son loved it. Its quite engaging. Should be morebyime consuming. It took about 4hrs to build and then after it is built, its just gracing the showcase.

I bought this set 42179 and it was horrible as the lego was like ages 18+ instead of 10+ years. There are 4 packs and one piece from the fourth pack was missing and when I was done building, this set was not functioning properly.

Product was delivered with same Lego package. And Few parts where missing mainly moon and Sun was missing. not satisfied after spending so much amount.

This is a really great set for Lego/space enthusiasts. Quite a good challenge for intermediate Lego builders and an outcome that is fun to use and to show others. Big hit with our son.
