Best investment ever. Works perfectly for cooling and heating.
Best purchase yet. Always wanted to upgrade my A/C. Got heating included, so it's a win, win. Installation was easier than I expected. Love it. No problems with shipping either. Everything was there in 2 boxes that did show up at the same time. Great product.

Extremely easy to DIY install. Works as advertised.

Worth every penny
It doesn't sound very loud and gets the job done for the price. However, there are some careful consideration needed with the air handler as there is barely any room in the back.
