Not carb free
These are comparable quality to Vitafusion Multivites. They are chewable with a nice tangy flavor and smell good. They have no added sugar but are not sugar free, so if you really need no carb this might not be for you.

Delicious alternative to chalky horse pills
I just love gummies, and when I found these I thought that it would be a good option for taking a multivitamin. As I have been trying to watch my sugar intake the zero sugar aspect was appealing, and the flavor turns out to be really great. This is a lot easier to swallow than the horse pill alternative. They are also a vibrant color and remind me a bit of gumdrops with their coating. I actually kind of look forward to taking these each day. While I am not a doctor I do think that a good multivitamin like this is helpful.
