Has a beef broth kind of flavor . Good quality I take it to help boost my immune system. It has been very effective this winter because I'm with a lot of people face to face. You get a lot for the money.

It is a good item. I put it in my coffee. Just about every day.

Great value. We have been healthy all season while everyone else has been sick. Easily adds to the morning coffee and does not have a strong taste so it mixes well without altering the taste.

I’ve been using this for years now. I never get sick and it’s not just because of this alone, I have a very healthy diet, I exercise. I use the sauna several times a week for 20 to 30 minutes, etc. but I would be willing to submit that using this Every day has an impact on keeping me healthy, and well, Mental clarity, memory etc is heightened from the lions mane and it’s just great stuff. Mushrooms at magic. Especially some of them.

Pretty tasteless in my coffee which is what I was after. I use a frother to stir and it could dissolve slightly better. Shaker cup works too but still does not dissolve completely. Price is great. The concentration is lower than other companies but not too worried about that given Mr. Staments and his background.
