Good B12 supplements. Felt better energy levels within a week.

I was skeptical of this product at first as it didn’t look premium enough but I took the shot and was pleasantly surprised when my test results came back. My B12 levels went up significantly after consuming it for 2 months. Highly recommended. I tried taking 10 drops (10,000 MCG) at first but it was causing constipation and loss of appetite. I reduced the dosage to 5 drops a day and it was enough for my B12 levels to go up.

Good way to take this than pills

Metadrops B12 comes with a separate dropper, but I don't really use it because the bottle cap itself has a built -in drop dispenser which makes it super easy to take. The tastebl.is okay and it's quite effective for my energy levels. I'm not sure if it will work the same for everyone, but it definitely worked well for me.

I added this B12 liquid to my daily routine and it blends in easily. No strong aftertaste and doesn’t upset my stomach. After consistent use, I feel less drained during the day, especially in the evenings. It’s simple, practical, and does what it’s supposed to for me."

Packaging and delivery is Superb. However it is small for this price. I will check how effective it is then I will give full review.
