The rollers already felt stiff and uneven while flattening the dough, but I managed to get decent lasagna sheets. However, when trying to cut them into tagliatelle, the machine broke – a spring popped out from the bottom, where the bottom plate was fixed with. The noodles weren’t cut at all; instead, I ended up with a lump of dough. Worst of all: upon checking the finished tagliatelle, I found small metal shavings in the pasta – absolutely unacceptable and a serious health risk. Poor quality, unsafe, and a complete waste of money.

Product doesn’t match description and photo. Missing 2 pieces from what’s supposed to be included. Wrapped in the worst blue plastic wrap that took 20 minutes to remove and some pieces are trapped.

The one that came is not like the image or the brand. It seemed like it had a part that had come off. Not impressed.

Bought this pasta maker to assist me in making home made pasta as holiday season is approaching. After using it for over a week, I must say it is a quality pasta maker made of strong and sturdy stainless steel. It’s easy to install and the roller handle is smooth and easy to operate. The 7 adjustable thickness settings allow me to choose the thickness of dough not only for making pasta but also for making wantons whenever my family has cravings. The pasta maker also comes equipped with a brush and a microfibre cloth to help in cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen equipment for durability. I would highly recommend the pasta maker to my friends and relatives.

This pasta maker surprised me in a good way. It feels solid out of the box and clamps firmly to the counter without wobbling. Once you run the dough through a couple of times, it rolls smoothly and gives you clean sheets. The cutters handle fettuccine well, and I have yet to use the spaghetti one. Cleanup takes some patience since you can’t rinse it with water, but it’s all worth it. If you like cooking and don’t want a bulky electric machine, this one earns its spot in the kitchen!
