Amazing. Fantastic. I cannot praise this enough. I have more movement in my neck after use than I have had in years. I use it everyday. Complete game-changer. Good product but shoulders are not covered completely.

Nice product and giving good heat for the pain relief at neck nd shoulders.

Very bad .did not work for even 1 month.the heating switch got burnt and stopped working. No customer support available. Had to get it repaired in local shop ,even then temperature change is not possible.
