Lifelong Foot and Calf Massager LLM99 is a very easy to use massager. It has a good build quality just as shown in the pics.Please beware that in the product description it is written that in manual mode there are 3 speed settings but actually the speeds cannot be controlled. You can only toggle between foot or calf or foot+calf in manual mode but it works only at a single speed, be it in auto or manual mode. The speed for a young person like me appears to me as medium but it is good enough for old age people. Though I wanted that I should have that speed control in manual mode. In auto mode it has three functions p1, p2 and p3 and also an auto-off timer of 15 minutes to avoid exploitation of the machine I guess 😅..The heat function appeared useless to me as the temp was very less. May be in winters we will be able to feel some warmth. The vibration function works well.Price of 11890 appeared on higher side. A price range from 8-9 K will be optimum for this product.This product is Made in China which many ppl may want to know these days. But for that matter I found that all massagers available in Indian market are made in China only. So there isn’t any other option available that way.Overall the product quality is good. Appears premium. My parents are happy with this gift as it gives them some relaxation from the day’s tiredness. Also it has got regulated movements, appears just human-like pressing of calf and feet. It will cover approximately half of your leg between foot and knee.A good gift option for the ageing parents.

We faced major issues with this Lifelong Massager, so I’d like to share our experience for others to consider before buying:1.Extremely Sensitive Motherboard: The motherboard is highly susceptible to even minor voltage fluctuations, which can cause it to short-circuit. Once that happens, the device becomes completely non-functional and essentially turns into scrap.2.No Inbuilt Protection: The product lacks any form of built-in stabilizer to safeguard against voltage fluctuations—something that is beyond the user's control.3.Costly Inspection Process: If the device stops working, Lifelong sends a third-party technician just to diagnose the issue. This alone costs INR 650, regardless of whether any repair is done.4.Spare Parts are Extra Hassle: You’ll need to follow up with Lifelong directly to inquire about spare parts, which are charged separately and can be quite expensive.5.Confusing Warranty Information: The customer care team provides inconsistent information about the warranty on spare parts—some claim it's one year, others say only three months.6.Poor Customer Support: Despite promises to respond to emails within 24 hours, we’ve never received a reply when asking for clarity on the spare parts warranty.In conclusion, think carefully before spending your money on this product. Based on our experience, it's not worth the risk or the additional costs and inconvenience that come with it.

Built quality and finishing of this product is very good which also gives impression of expensive product.2. The massager comes with LED Display that tells you about programming and time left for massage which is very good whereas other brand massager don’t provide this function at this price of Rs 11000/- in discount.3. The power cord comes in 4 mtr length which is suitable for those whose power point is at distance.4. The auto function is much better than manual function its gives you different type of massage.Cons :-1. Doesn’t have speed adjustment.2. Strange, the calf massage is much harder than leg massage and sometime cause pain in calf which can be irritating at some point specially inmanual mode, so to get proper feeling of leg massage one have to select only leg massage option or else choose Auto mode.3. Vibration is not so effective.4. As per other customer review about “heat function not working” they can be right in their opinion or may be wrong, actually there is difference,the heating function is Working when one press switch manually, its turns on red infrared light but problem is its doesn’t give proper feeling ofheat or can say not Effective, this is the reason some customer think that this function is not working.5. As per Amazon Declaration company is providing two removable fabric along with this massage which is false there are no separate fabricprovided by company also point to be noted As per Amazon the company is providing 1 year brand warranty whereas as per box and warrantycard it is clearly mention that company will provide 6 months warranty and any other extended warranty of next 6 month (if any) can beterminated by company at any time which is disappointed.
