I haven't had butter pecan cookies in years because most of the recipes I've found didn't bake-or taste-well. This mix is the best. The same texture as normal cookies. They are chewy and moist. And delicious. The price is on par with other keto baking mixes and well worth it.

The texture of the cookie is spot on, and the flavour was very good. It does have that cooling taste from the erythritol, so use the recommended coconut oil instead of unsalted butter and this evens out the effect. Delicious! ps, if you can't wait and eat them hot from the oven, they crumble and you'll burn your fingers. They taste better cold anyway :)

These really do taste nice. But after you make up this mix. It works out very expensive for what you get. It was nice to try. But I won’t be buying again. It needs to be priced much better, considering what other ingredients you have to add to the mix
