It's a good model at a good price.
This is a solid laptop that didn't require any upgrading to be functional for day-to-day needs, the internet, Office 365, and general use. I got it for my wife, who has used it heavily. Enough memory to not bog down, quiet, fast enough for the price, and enough storage for your average needs.

Very reasonable price, good screen resolution, easy to use
Took me a bit to get used to this after using my Mac, but I’m really liking this laptop. Battery life could be better, but it lasts through the day if I have a full charge. Good value for price

Solid Laptop for great price
Great price and solid performance for emails, streaming TV shows, and web browsing.

Easy installation
My very old laptop was dead and the reliable computer shop in tough could retrieve very little from the hard drive. Luckily I had most of my files backed up in the cloud and programs installed and files loaded in a very short period of time. It has the keyboard layout that I like. The best value for the money that I could find

Disappointed
I don’t like negative reviews or rants. I don’t write many reviews but most of the ones I do write are 5 stars. This is the exception. I am not a geek but I’ve built my own desktop, replaced: Motherboards, RAM, Hard Drives, Video cards, etc. etc. Windows 7 on my desktop will no longer accommodate Outlook.com emails so I had to buy a new computer (per Microsoft). I used to have a Lenovo laptop and loved it. When I saw this laptop on Amazon’s Deal of the Day; 20 GB RAM and 1 T of Storage I was excited!!! I didn’t want Windows in “S” mode as I wanted a certain web browser and Adobie PDF. I also wanted a larger Hard Drive. I read and re-read all of the information about this laptop 3 times to make sure that I got what I wanted and wasn’t surprised. Nowhere on the website did it say that this was Windows 11 Home “S”. Just Windows 11 Home. After much research I’ve learned that all Windows 11 Home are “S”. To not have the “S” you have to get Windows PRO. When I opened the box on top was a little piece of paper saying that it was an “S”. You can’t find any information from the laptop until everything is “installed”. The 1 T storage is on “the Cloud”. If the box is opened but the laptop is never taken out of the wrapper Amazon charges you 10% to send it back. When I found out that the 1T storage is the “Cloud” and not hard drive they would charge you 35-50% to send it back. I don’t know if this next is Lenovo’s fault or Windows or both. When you turn it on it takes 5-10 minutes to boot up; that is if it is not downloading an update which it seems to do at least twice a day then it takes 30 minutes to download and 15 minutes to install it. The processor on my desktop is 3.20 GHz and this is 1.1 GHz so this processor is much slower. The 20 GB RAM is Lightning Fast if it is not downloading or installing an update which is GREAT! It's just that a 1.1 GHz processor for this much RAM makes this a very Sluggish machine. This takes 3 times as long to print anything as it is only 1/3 the speed. Do yourself a favor and get a larger processor. The BATTERY says it is LONG LIFE but when it is 100% fully charged it says that it can only run 4 hours & 1 minute. Not long in my book. My final gripe is Outlook email which is probably a Microsoft Office issue. If you haven’t checked your Outlook.com email for several days it doesn't update when you open it, the last email is from the last time that you opened it. You cannot “refresh” the email. To get today’s email you have to restart the laptop and all too often it is updating so the laptop won’t turn off or turn on so you have to wait 30-45 minutes to check your new email. This laptop is no better than my 4 GB RAM Lenovo laptop from 20 years ago. Do yourself a favor and buy your laptop from a Big Box store instead of AMAZON. They are easier to return even if purchased online. The seller has a 30 day return policy, just a 35-50% penalty for the information that they don’t include on the website. You don’t know how much the penalty will be until you’ve returned it and they tell you. I will NEVER buy another Lenovo or any electronics from Amazon!

Great deal for the price
I've been using the Lenovo laptop for a few months now, and overall, it's a solid performer that delivers great value for the price .The full HD display is sharp and vibrant, though it may lack the brightness and color accuracy that professionals need. For students, office workers, and general use, it’s more than sufficient.Battery Life:Battery life is respectable, lasting around 6-8 hours depending on usage. Lenovo’s power management software helps extend battery lifeVerdict:If you’re looking for a reliable, well-built laptop for work, school, or casual use, Lenovo offers a range of options that balance performance and price. It’s not flashy, but it gets the job done

A nice brand but too slow running for me
It was a nice laptop, and I have had the brand before but I felt with 12 GB of Ram it should have been faster, it was pretty slow running and I hadn't even put hardly anything on it. I did return it even though I have to pay a restocking fee before I get my money refunded.
