Love this pumpkin instant jello pudding! Great for recipes that call for instant pudding

I don't like pumpkin pie and every Thanksgiving I try to find something to make for my family that I would like to eat also. I thought "I can't believe Jello does not make Pumpkin pudding...well they do but it is not available here. In any case I made a old receipe of mine that requires 2 boxes of pudding. After reading the reviews about the pumpkin spice pudding being a tad strong in flavor I decided to use only one box of pumpkin pudding and use instead for the second pudding white chocolate pudding. The dessert was a huge hit! I even ate it.....Jello you should really reconsider having pumpkin spice pudding in every store during the holidays.
