Goes stone hard in freezer
It's as good as water in a bag because it just freezes hard and won't melt. There is no reason to call it a gel. It will not bend around the body and hence will not spread over the affected part.

Great product
It is a very useful product as it is readily available to use even if ice gets over at home. The beauty of this gel pack is it can be used for both hot and cold compress. It can be used for longer time as gel does not melt as ice does. It really helps in reducing pain and is re- usable.
