Great range booster
Great product - makes a big difference. I am rural so not a lot of local outside electronic interference. Adding the pre-amp made a big difference. Very solid construction and low insertion noise.

Excellent performance
This LaNA does a great job. I only wish the USB-C power port wasn't right next to the SMA connector. Maybe is their way of recommending using a bias-tee instead.

Not ultra low noise but low enough
Introduces a fair bit of noise, but is otherwise OK. Unfortunately too noisy for my usage, though.

Like putting on an extra-large ball glove for your SDR Tuner
I picked this tiny amplifier up to see if I could improve my receive signal and wow what a difference it has made. I immediately noticed a difference not only in my receive quality but the number of signals I was now receiving on my SDR dongle without changing any other aspect of my station. It simply connected in-line with my antenna and my SDR dongle with the included SMA M-M adaptor. The amp is powered by a USB-C connection making it a simple straight forward installation. The amp has a nice bright white LED to show you it’s powered and in the power off setting, the RF signal is cut off completely. In my current configuration, the SDR dongle is plugged into my USB power hub and now the amp sits on top. I don’t really like the look of this in terms of added stress to my SMA connections so I will most likely add a USB extension so the assembly can lay flat and not place added stress on my equipment making it no doubt break and fail prematurely. Outside of this, the amp has performed well and I can pick up 70cm HAM Radio stations and GMRS stations in the 462MHz band easily and clearly. I currently only have antennas for these bands with nothing capable of 500Mhz plus so I can’t test the higher frequencies yet but the 440-462MHz is crystal clear and giving me a bunch more stations and frequencies to listen into.

Pairs well with my RTL-SDR USB receiver
I got this low noise amplifier to use with my RTL-SDR USB receiver dongle. I can definitely tell that it is amplifying the signal. I like that it can be powered either via a USB-C input or using BiasTee power supplied by the RTL-SDR receiver. I tested both and they both work as expected. This LNA is physically tiny (not much bigger than a postage stamp), which I like because it doesn’t take up a lot of space and is easy to transport if I want to use it in the field.

Exceptional Performance for RF and SDR Applications
This ultra-low noise amplifier (LNA) module has significantly improved the sensitivity and performance of my software defined radio (SDR) setup. The wideband frequency capability (300MHz-8000MHz), combined with the low noise figure, allows me to receive weak signals with clarity. The inclusion of a bias tee and USB power options adds to its versatility. The enclosure provides protection and a professional look. I'm very impressed with its performance and recommend it to any RF or SDR enthusiast.

Its a good preamp but on the pricey side
There are a lot of SDR amps out there and this one is pretty good and has a range of 300Mhz to 8 Ghz. It can be powered from an SDR if you have a bias t option, otherwise you can power from a usb cord. Unit has good gain and works to bring in those weak signal with good low noise performance. Easy to install but the value is questionable since there are many other options for a lot less money. You'll need to decide if this is right for you.
