Le Creuset Signature Enameled Cast Iron Petal Braiser, 2.25qt., Shell Pink

Fantastic and functional. Light lavender color with beautiful flower top accent. It worked really well for baking fish; cooked it evenly. Easy to clean as well. On the heavier side (cast iron) but not a huge size so easy to store. Perfectly fit a large fillet of cod. I did keep the plastic spacers (shipped in) around the rim so the top isn’t knocking on the bottom when stored. Would recommend that or some type of spacer during storage so they don’t chip each other. It was expensive but I think worth the money as it will last a long time.

Beautiful pot. Lid fits well lid doesn’t get hot. The color is beautiful. The quality is amazing. The brand is high-end and the price reflects that. It was worth the splurge. Very easy to clean. I hand wash it, but it can go in the dishwasher.

Love the beauty of this cookware. Word of mouth said to check out the beautiful Le Creuset cookware on Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, Netflix series "With Love Meghan", episode one. I did and fell in love with this petal enameled cast iron cookware. Also, thoroughly enjoyed episode one (learned how to make fragrant candles). Could not believe I would spend so much money on one cookware. But justified it due to the company's reputation of having the best in high quality enameled cast iron cookware and assigning it to be a Mother's Day gift to myself. I have not cooked with it yet, having just received it today but am sure I will not be disappointed.

Looks great and exactly as pictured in pale pink. I wanted to use it to bake dips but will find other uses. Wish the would bring it back in the Shallot (lavender) shade.

I love it

I used this dutch oven to slow cook a brisket the day after it arrived. It was like cooking inside a work of art, it is that beautiful. Beauty aside, it did an amazing job of cooking our brisket to slow perfection. What a luxury to cook with such a gorgeous but practical piece of cookware. If you can afford it, buy it. You won’t be disappointed.

This is such a beautiful piece! It is a pleasure to hold it and I can’t wait to cook with. It arrived today si all I did I just took some pics. I own a lot of other creuset pots and pans, they are worth the investment! Get it and you will be delighted to cook in style :)

I’ve always wanted a Le Creuset pan and finally bought myself one. I love it. I needed a small one because they are iron pans and this one was perfect weight for me and small dishes. Love baking bread in it too. It looks great on my stove too.
