My first review was a one star because the bag lost its seal quite quickly. I started the return process but after packing the bags for return and thinking about it for a few days, I decided to give them a second chance fearing I may have not given them a fair chance the first try. I unpacked and retried the same bag that had failed me the first time. The only thing I can figure out is that using the little black sealer thingy I left a wee little opening, so I tried the bag again yesterday afternoon and paid closer attention to the sealing process; it's been 24 hours now and the bag is still holding its seal. I suspect that other poor reviews may have had the same problem I had, i.e., not paying close enough attention to the sealing process.I still maintain there should be cataloging of the bags in the box so one doesn't have to pull out any number of bags to find the right size. However, this isn't enough reason to drop a star.I would recommend this product but caution the user to pay close attention to the sealing process.Original review:The first thing I found upon opening the box was that there was no system that I could identify to tell which bag was which. I had all but three bags out before I found the 'large' one which I needed. It wold be very helpful to have a key or map on the outside to indicate which size bag is located where or have the bag size apparent on the bag when the box is opened rather than having to pull out any number of bags to find the needed one. The bags are labled as to size, but one has to pull out the bag to see this.The first bag we tried vacuumed nicely but within a few minutes started to reinflate. I checked the seal and found I hadn't sealed it properly, so I resealed it using one of the little black thingys. Again the vacuum device worked perfectly (really a nifty littly vacuum machine). This time the bag took much longer to reinflate, but reinflate it did. I decided at that point I just didn't have the time to start trying other bags looking for one that wouldn't lose its vacuum. What are the odds that the first of 24 was, coincidentally, the only one that wouldn't hold a vacuum?Incidentally, I was surprised that Amazon is now charging to have merchandise returned via UPS - a buck if one has the original package, $6 something without the packaging.

I love them! At first I was a little scared because they felt thin but man do they hold up. I was able to put so much in it and it was so easy being able to use the vacuum and twist the cap on without letting air back in. These are my go to and now off to purchase more.

I initially was reluctant to buy this product because of the bad reviews. However, days later, I ended up buying it. The bags work perfectly fine. This teaches me that I shouldn't always believe to what 1-start reviewers say. I'm confident in saying that most of those reviewers do not properly follow the instructions or just do not have "common sense". Therefore, they blame the product rating it as a failure, when the failure is actually in the way how they use it. All the bags work fine except one. A week later the bag puffed again but I realized it was not correctly sealed by me. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars to this product is because the quality of the plastic that could have been a little thicker.

Have 6 very thick spreads and quilts I’ve been storing in big black, unsightly garbage bags for years. Decided to tidy up and ordered a box of 6 XX size bags storage bags. They worked! All 6 of the king and queen size quilts are now flat and stacked under the bed. The instructions were very clear; I used my vacuum cleaner; the bags were good quality, strong, and big enough to hold everything including decorative pillows; and, it was easy. I’m going to order more so I can more efficiently store items not currently in use. Impressive they are.

First, the vacuum pump is excellent. It works perfectly and efficiently removes the air from the bags without any issues. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and surprisingly effective, making the process of vacuum-sealing items quick and hassle-free.However, I was disappointed with the quality of the vacuum bags. While I initially had high hopes, at least two out of the five bags I used lost their vacuum seal within 2-3 days. They became swollen and failed to maintain the compact, airtight seal I was expecting. This defeats the purpose of vacuum-sealing for long-term storage, which is definitely not ideal.I wish the bags were made of better quality material and were a bit thicker. For the price, I had hoped for better quality bags that could sustain the vacuum seal over time. If the bags were more reliable, this product would easily have been a 5-star purchase for me.

I am loving this!!! Easy to use and affordable, especially for the amount of bags you get woth assorted sizes. This is definitely a "Must Buy".

Package came quickly and everything was in tact. I appreciate the hand pump as it is easy to use and store bag in the box when done. I was able to fit a lot of garments inside the bags, even at the smallest size. The only slight con is that this says 80% deflation but a couple of my bags only made it about 50% or so. Otherwise, excellent product.
