The best mini espresso AND multi-pod machine ever
I was surprised to find this gem buried in the endless pages of search results when looking for "pod espresso".. and to find a review saying "best espresso ever" got me curious - could this possibly be the holy grail I've been looking for? For weeks I've been looking for something to handle Nespresso capsules AND "regular" espresso grinds. Nada. Then I found this. OMG. So good. I don't own a "Regular" espresso machine. I have a Nespresso Original Line and a Keurig. This machine is replacing the Nespresso entirely. It's not replacing my keurig (although it could) but the water tank is too small.. info: +It makes better nespresso-based drinks than the Delonghi nespresso machine I have). + The beverage from this machine is HOT. From my Delonghi - not so much. + I swear the micro-foam from the nespresso capsule is actually crema - from the regular nespresso machines you only get micro-foam really + 7 water level choices instead of the 2 in the Nespresso or the 5 in Keurig. (although my Keurig does 12oz) + Nespresso, Keurig, ESE, Dolce, AND ground coffee? (there's even Lavazza adapters available on their non-amazon store) + Quieter (not by much) than the Nespresso machine which is loud + The machine warms up fairly quickly, no complaints + Inclusion of a little syringe to pre-prime the water pipes? Brilliant. It worked well too! Not good - The instructions use tiny images and are a bit cryptic, I even realized there's a step missing from the ESE adapter - you need to remove the silver ground coffee cup from the carrier then you insert the ESE cup in its place (the instructions show putting the ESE cup into the ground cup - the lid won't close if you try) - Like my other Nespresso machine, this machine is nearly identical in size, but it also has a way-too-small water tank. It is roughly 25oz, enough for 2 mugs for me. - If you remove the drip tray to put a larger mug, the cup rattles ridiculously. - If they removed the plastic base under the drip tray, you could elevate this on a stand and use whatever size cup you want instead. - I'm seeing odd blinking lights under the light bars, near the brew button - something internally isn't behaving and I've contacted support. I shouldn't be having random anything the first week, especially something electrical - While technically possible to do just water, it's far easier in my Keurig - and I won't have to immediately refill the tank As it is completely absent from the instructions or any documentation, here are the measured-by-my-completely not scientific analysis of what the water levels are using my glass measuring cup: 7- 10oz (1 1/4 cup). 6- ~9oz 5- ~8oz (+- 1 cup) 4- 6oz (3/4 cup) I tried this for luongo espresso and it's a bit weak, although it worked well for the ESE pod (more grounds in it) 3- 5oz (2/3 cup) 2- 2oz (1/2 cup). the Hibrew website shows this as the setting for Espresso. It makes a nice espresso 1- 1oz (1/4 cup). I don't know who would use this, but it's here. I'm actually quite surprised by the results and how everything just tastes better. I am particularly impressed by the entire idea of ESE pods and how convenient they are. Pre-ground espresso in a paper pouch? Yes please. They are hard to find, but I found my Lavazza espresso on amazon - and it's cheaper than from Lavazza. However I did also try my first espresso using pre-ground coffee and it was easy enough with the included pounding thing. Cleaning a little awkward, but fine.

This machine is every thing!
Love this machine it does everything I need it to do and more. It's way easier to clean than my last machine. I love that the water resivoir comes off to clean. It is small so it doesn't take up a lot of room which is a definite plus considering all that it can do.

Lots of options for coffee types
Not recommended for regular sized coffee cups. Overall it met all expectations.

100% BETTER THAN ANY keurig
What a great product. Each attachment works great no issues. Using real bean grounds is GREAT as well & size is geat small. I happen to have a frother never used but now I do. Every impressive coffee proctuct. It is a bit noise but its not a big deal. I LOVE IT I would buy again.

An Inconvenient Mess
PLEASE READ: I got this thinking it would be a cool coffee maker. I was excited for it to arrive and read a lot of the reviews prior to this decision. This is the loudest coffee maker I've had, compared to the keurig I replaced, it pretty much vibrates itself around the counter top heating up and dispensing the water. I tried it with an average 8 oz cup, one you can find literally anywhere, I had to finesse it under the water drip tip on the k-cup attachment. When it was complete, it snagged the attachment and spilled coffee. I tried it without the base and yeah, it works, but you need to hold the cup there while it makes it because the platform under the catcher is small and inconvenient. When you release the lever, water is released from the K-Cup attachment and spills everywhere, especially if you had to take the catcher off to make an 8oz cup of coffee. I know this seems cool, but its really not worth the money your spending on it if you enjoy effortless coffee.

Nice little brewer
Works great. Only negative is the small water reservoir. I fill it about once every other day but it produces a great tasting beverage every time with a short brew time.

Used to be good! Not anymore
Re-posting with the correct posting date. I purchased this coffee maker in February 2025. I really loved it. I used pods, capsules, dolce gusto and coffee grinds. Today however, I can’t get the lid to open as the pressure can’t release itself. Should not happen after 10 month. So now I am not sure if I could recommend it.
