This brand has a great reputation and ubiqionol is known to improve egg quality for IVF. I took this for several rounds of IVF, hard to know how much impact it had, but considering how expensive IVF it is was worth to try everything. I felt great taking these though with more energy. Pills are pretty standard sized and don’t smell at all. However if you leave them out of the bottle eg in a little non air tight container for a day or two they start to get really soft, so make sure you take them within the day

I'm 53 and hv been taking a statin for years and recently learned how it inhibits CoQ10. I've been taking this supplement with lunch for about a week and noticed a sudden substantial increase in strength and energy during working out. Came to understand it was probably this supplement that made the difference Everything else is the same. I used to struggle through the work out app I use every day. I would just barely get through the work out and would feel spent during and after. Using same daily app now but all of a sudden my muscles feel like they have power and barely getting winded. Instead of depleting me like before now the work out energizes me and I now feel like I can handle a more challenging level of work outs in the app. I believe this supplement has given me more confidence in my body and is changing how I approach exercise. I haven't tried any other ubiquinol brands but I did research alot before I chose Jarrow. I'm a believer judging from my personal experience.

These do work and fairly happy with them, I am no professional but it gets the job done got my nails. Only issue I have is black specs fall ohh which is annoying trying to clean off, they stick to my nails.

Just what I needed

There are two forms of Co-Q10, ubiquinone and ubiquinol. ubiquinone costs half as much as ubiquinol. Jarrow formula costs twice as much. Why buy it then? Age. Anyone at any age can process Jarrow's ubiquinol in their body. The cheaper non-Jarrow ubiquinone product however, loses effectiveness every year that you get older (your aging body can't process it as well), so that by age 40 or so it takes TWICE as much ubiquinone to equal one ubiquinol capsule. Bottom line: young folks can enjoy the cheaper stuff and save some money, but older folks will find Jarrow more economical and efficient (one ubiquinol pill to swallow instead of two ubiquinone). Like others have said, though, these pills tend to stick to each other in the jar.
