Perfect Fit and Upgrade for My Model X Plaid!
After trying a couple of generic options, I’m thrilled with the BASENOR 2026 New Version Mud Flaps for my Model X Plaid. These are designed specifically for the Tesla, so the fit is absolutely spot on. No weird gaps, no rubbing on the tires, and no drilling into the bodywork. They snap into the existing holes with the included hardware. The material is a thick, flexible composite that feels much more durable than the thin plastic “one size fits all” sets. I’ve already driven through rain, slush, and gravel since installing them and they’ve done a fantastic job keeping debris, road grime, and salt off the doors and rocker panels. They even cut down on the amount of spray that hits the side cameras.Installation took me about 20 minutes for all four wheels (they include clear instructions and extra clips). Once installed, they look like they came from the Tesla factory. This is a subtle matte black that blends right in with the trim rather than standing out.If you want to protect your Model X’s paint and keep your car looking clean longer, these BASENOR mud flaps are worth every penny. They’re inexpensive insurance against rock chips and road salt damage, and they look great too. Highly recommended for any Model X owner.

Perfect look and fit on Model Y. Here are some tips for beginners.
The media could not be loaded. I just installed these on my 2026 Tesla Model Y Juniper, and I love the fit and look. They feel very secure. The front splash guards are held by two pins and two metal clips (included), making them very secure. The rear splash guards are held by two pins, one plastic screw inside the wheel well, one metal screw on the bottom rear, and two metal clips. Everything fits into the original holes—no drilling needed. All tools are provided, along with two extra pins.If you’re like me and a bit hesitant to pry out plastic pins, it’s not that hard with the included pry tool. Once you remove the old pins, you use the new ones provided. Before inserting the new pins, you need to remove the pin from its socket. A combination of the included pry tool and a pair of long-nose pliers (not included) makes this easier (otherwise it’s a bit tricky). Push the socket into the existing holes first, then push the pin into place by hand. The metal clips that secure the splash guards to the plastic wheel cover have two sides: a flat side and a curved side. Insert the curved side toward the inside and the flat side toward the outside. The metal clip should be fully inserted so it securely locks the splash guard to the plastic wheel outline—if it slides out easily, it’s not properly secured.Once everything is in place, the fit is beautiful—just like OEM. Even the color matches the molding perfectly.Update: A few days after the installation, I drove off a high sidewalk and broke my front splash guards. I pulled backwards to save my rear ones. On the plus side, the front splash guards came off cleanly of the original holes. I purchased another set and had no issue installing the front splash guards into the original holes. It was totally a user error. I didn't hesitate to buy the second set.

Good rock chip protection, matches body lines
These have better side coverage than the Tesla brand mud flaps which will help with protecting the rear doors from rock chips better. While they are wider, it’s only by about 3/8”, so it matches with the body lines very well, whereas the Tesla brand or even Tesla style 3rd party flaps don’t come out far enough to match the body lines. Only complaint is that this one has a very cupped guard, which can collect snow/slush in the winter. If you want rock chip protection this is it without getting giant flaps that stick out past the body.

Fits 25-26 MY Juniper
Had a few issues with mud flaps specified for ‘25-‘26 juniper and being way too small. These mud flaps are PERFECT! Looks OEM, easy install, and even gave 2 extra clips and bolts in case you mess up.

Just as good as Tesla's OEM
These mudflaps have been pretty amazing. Cheap, easy to install, and look like they're OEM. I'm buying it for a second time because I forget how low my car is and many times have backed up right into the parking block. The rear ones have taken quite a beating so I purchased a second set. Removing/replacing was quite easy, everything aligned perfectly.

These mudflaps were a perfect fit they make the car look amazing and they protect the paint from rock ships and other debris. The color matches the rest of the dark gray/black paneling in matches the rear diffuser perfectly. It was an easy install; I had all of them installed in less than 20 minutes. Made a great material all the hardware was included is a good quality.

Get yourself your own clips.
Bought for my 2022 LR Model 3 after a blown truck tire took out my passenger side one i put on from a few years ago. These are basically the same as anything else on the market today, but they use really cheap clips. Luckily I had the ones that came from another product that isn't available anymore and used those. The clips they came with were super thin and cheap. They couldn't hold office paper together if they had to.Word to the wise, get plastic clips from somewhere else. If "Basenor" spent an extra penny they'd have a decent product.

They get the job done!
This mud guards are effective at their job, providing solid protection against mud and debris. However, they have a somewhat bulky appearance that might not appeal to everyone. If you prioritize functionality over aesthetics, these mud guards are a great choice. Remember that if you're looking for a sleeker look, you might want to explore other options. Overall, they get the job done well!
