Love this candle wax burner. Easy to put together, easy to use with tap pour. This does leave small amount in bottom but that can simply be reheated with next load. Quick to melt with multi temperature settings.

This is my first proper wax melter and to say I'm pleased with it is an understatement. Temperature control is easy and even quite a lot of wax melts in decent time - gives you time to measure out your fragrance, dye etc so just set it to your melt temp and crack on. Now I admit, the position of the tap isn't ideal with it not being right at the bottom but to be honest, this melter is so lightweight I just tip it up and pour the remaining wax right into my pitcher that way. And if I'm making a test candle with only a small amount of wax, I don't even bother with the tap, just tip it. It saves trying to clean out the tap. The inside coating means you just need to give it a wipe with some kitchen roll - I also go in with a warm, soapy cloth afterwards as well to make sure the fragrance is gone. All in all, it's great, give it a try!

Decent in loads of ways - it is light to pick up, it melts super fast. It's decent price. It looks nice. Easy to put together - took me 30 mins. Only issue is that the spout it took low as i had to put it on a box or on the edge of the table so I can use the spout.to.out something under it. HOWEVER if I were higher up, it wouldn't pour out the last bit at the bottom! So I like it. I'm happy!

I ordered this item expecting great things after reading reviews and seeing it comes with a UK plug. After opening the box I discovered there is no UK plug or any type of wall plug at all infact? Please write back to me as soon as possible or I will be returning the item.

Received and assembled. Only one metal "sleeve" for the handles, which means one handle is without, and as such, is a loose fit. Hoping the vendor will read this and send another one to replace the missing one. Don't need to return as melter works ok.

Great for my small buisness. I out grew a double boiler with my candle making and this one is perfect for batch work. Love it, really well made, great value for money. I would highly recommend.
