Second set I've ordered, power output as rated
I bought 4 of these for my sailboat in May 2024 and mounted them on the bimini (the canvas canopy covering the cockpit). They worked flawlessly for 4 months, putting out over 100 watts each (about 6.5 charging amps @12 volts) on several occasions. This power measurement data comes from the Victron charge controllers and I verified it with my own multimeter multiple times. Unfortunately, during a 65 knot wind storm, two of the panels blew off and were damaged (I did not have them fastened well enough and was not on the boat to stop them from getting damaged). It should be noted they both still work, but for a boat I cannot risk they will continue working thus I ordered 2 more as replacements. They are sturdy, yet light weight and the wires and connections are high quality. I have had other solar panels that only deliver about 60% of the advertised wattage. These deliver as advertised.

Great solar panel.
Outstanding power production. Got close to 180 W out of the panel. Very easy to set up and connect. Very high-quality they appear to be very well made. They function better than expected. Great value for the money. I had three of them in parallel, putting close to 600 W into my DP3.

great output, fantastic looking
These panels are great, We were told about these from a friend who uses them. We ordered two and have now ordered a third panel. These are on the Bimini top on a yacht, the power output seems to be right at spec and the build quality looks incredible. They appear to be really tough and they look awesome.

LOVE THESE PANELS— here’s why. . .
The panels arrived in a crushed box, and were cracked during delivery. Thus, there’s no fault to the product manufacture. I’ve ordered 4 of these panels previously, and love everything about them. In fact, I just ordered another two. Here’s why I love them: Using their innate length wise curvature, I’ve found a way to join two panels in parallel (with them standing vertically, side by side) as one upright unit and, using a pair of telescoping (black) Green Elephant brand tarp poles, they form the world’s most affordable and lightest mobile 400 watt panel at just 17 lbs in weight, which can rise and lower to match the Sun’s angle in just seconds. With the panel’s grommets overlapping at the center where they meet, held together by a single center bolt. I used a lightweight 64 inch long glass door aluminum frame piece (from the local hardware store) to, through adding evening spaced drilled holes in the aluminum, bolt the panels through their grommets at their ground base position (being sure to allow for a permanent slight outward curvature for rigidity of the panel, which keeps it from collapsing— this is key). At the top, I simply use Velcro or zip ties to attach the panels to one of the awning poles. The second awning pole then acts as the sole adjustable support stand (inverted — with it rubbered tip at the ground, allowing for the pole’s wide rubber capped base to support the vertical top pole (being held with mere tension). This style pole has an easy twist lock feature to raise and lower the panel in seconds, anywhere from near vertical (dusk and dawn positions) down to nearly horizontal (noon position). For stability in wind, I simply tie to the top outside corner grommets a guy-line (lightweight parachute cord) to tension them to the standing pole itself (forming a right triangle support). This stops all lateral motion, due to wind gusts. I’ll try to add a photo. Good luck creating your own, or even better design. Oh, I added some trim to the outer panel edges to safeguard from wear and tear or long term delaminating of the panel’s edges. I ordered this trim from Amazon (3/32inch by 7/16 inch leg length TRIM-LOK Edge Trim). Plus, it looks great, too.

Works and seems durable.
I’ve only used it a couple of times, but works good. I live in an area that RARELY gets good sun, so I may never get the full rated power. (Think twilight) But it definitely get good power output and portable usages. I took it on a 9 day trip getting beat up on back roads and loading and unloading it every day, and it still works great!

Good solar panels but doesn’t lay flat
Even though this 200w panel was shipped flat, it curled a bit out of box. It’s doesn’t stand or lay flat. The material is kind of hard, but feels solid, good quality. Max output I got was around 130w. I’ll need to try different positions to see how to get the max output.

10,000 Miles and Still Going Strong!
I installed four BougeRV 200 W flexible panels on the roof of my Skoolie conversion, and I couldn’t be happier with their performance.
