Did the trick!
My 3-yr. old Vizio sound bar stopped working, yesterday. The power indicator light on the sound bar would initially go on and then fade out. I was hoping it was just a problem with the power cord, and thankfully, it was. I ordered this replacement, and it arrived the next day. I deducted one star because the product listing says the cable length is 6 ft, and it is much shorter--probably 3-4 ft.
