I've tried many protein powders available in India, but this one stands out as my favorite. It's easily one of the best in terms of quality and results. The only drawback is that the unflavored version, which I prefer, is not available at the moment. If they bring that back, it would be perfect!

The powder very easily mixes in water/milk without leaving lumps. The taste is really good and not too sweet. The protein content is also very good and helps recover fast. Definitely go for it.

Cons: Ace-K (Acesulfame Potassium) is one of the worst artificial sugar that can irritate the stomach lining, disturb the gut microbiome and cause many issues. This has an insane amount of Ace-K I can't even drink it because of it's sweetness. Pros: Smell and flavour is very good. Consistency is also very good. I have read about this particular brand on "the liver doctor" subreddit and twitter (I forgot the actual username, but his full name is Dr. Cyriac Abby Phillip, Kochi). He ran some tests on all the popular whey protein brands for presence of heavy metals. This was one of the very few brands without heavy metal contamination. This was also one of the two recommended brands. I can't find the link but I think you can easily find it by googling. Despite all this, I strongly advise you to not get this brand or any brand with AceK or any artificial sweetener in it. They outweigh all the pros. Better go for unflavored whey isolate.

Amazon has been delivering messed-up packages lately. I'm not going to get myself into the hassle of exchanging; I may end up receiving it in the same condition, and hopefully this outside damage has not done anything inside. Protein might be good, but it is mislabeled; it is not gluten-free, as it is processed in a facility that processes gluten. So no for celiacs, i bought this to share with my mum, but she can't have it now. PS: Protein is good, and you won't feel hungry for long. A recent study claimed its protein percentage is mislabeled but free from usual contamination; even with that, it is good enough.
