It'a great. It help you sleep but it doen't make you feel like you were drugged. I have been using this every night for over a year. I wouldn't take any other "sleeping pill." Long-time satisfied customer and, on request, product reviewer, Walter Ford.

I ordered this product to see if it would help keep me asleep during the night. At first, it seemed to work nicely - not that I would stay asleep like I hoped, I still woke up, but was able to return to sleep relatively easily. Then I started waking up around 3 am with severe nausea and headache. Within 30 minutes, I was violently vomiting and experiencing profound diarrhea. Not thinking, Relaxium was the cause, I continued to take the capsules and continued to have the same distressing episodes, always starting around 3am. It finally occurred to me to read more reviews on this supplement. Yes, others had experienced the same violent reaction. Further research revealed that vomiting was a side effect of melatonin and magnesium can cause diarrhea. There are several other ingredients that cause "upset stomach." When I quit taking Relaxium, these episodes stopped. Anyone trying this supplement should be very cautious, as these "side effects" actually sent me to a medical clinic thinking I had an intestinal virus. I don't mean it lightly when I say Relaxium caused me weight loss, tremendous distress and cost me money.

They didn’t seem to work for me or my wife

I get these for my girlfriend and she wears they are the only sleep aid that works!

Not that Effective

This works very well. I fall asleep and sleep soundly. Not groggy in the morning.

Definitely halos sleep better

Made zero difference in my sleep or sleep patterns, which are really bad. Didn’t improve my sleep or the quality of my sleep. At least I didn’t choke on the capsules, and it did not make my sleep any worse.
