Fit for purpose
This book is very helpful when identifying faults, and explains how to address the errors. Highly recommended.

Very basic
I'm a trainee driving instructor and thought this would be helpful for my lessons. It's very basic and, dare I say, common sense? There's nothing in here that my trainer has not taught me so unfortunately it's a waste of money for me. The Q&A section is very "Blamey" and accusatory which I was told not to be towards pupils ie "why did you do that?". Unfortunately not helpful for me, but might be helpful for other PDIs

Ignore the typos
Just collected it.Was initially worried by the glaring typos on the cover and first few pages, definitely needed a proper proof read before going to print. However, having read the first few pages, it seems an ideal additonal read for a new trainee.

Very good
This is a secret gold find for me as starting out as a PDI. So much information. I haven’t finished reading it yet but I wonder if the Kathleen in the book ever past her test lol. Being a PDI everything is so overwhelming. This book written for only a small but very important part of teaching is highly recommended. Maybe a few more on other aspects would be a good resource too. Thanks for writing this.
