These are delicious and effective, as simple as that. I’ve been looking for something nutritious and low calorie like this for a long time. Powder / non-food supplements don’t work, and bars are overloaded. Energy and focus have increased and digestion has improved. Excellent product.

Just got these and they're one big glob so thats not great. Will try to divide them in to equal pieces and gp ahead and use them. Taste was not bad

I must say I purchased a bag that only has seven vitamins in it and I’m on day three and I feel amazing. I was looking for a vitamin that will help my overall knees and so far so good so today I decided to order the pack they have 30 vitamins in it so I’ll come back after I’m finished with 25 days Just to see exactly how I feel but so far so good. I almost wish I could be a brand ambassador for this actual vitamin so if anyone from this company read the reviews, please reach out to me. I could talk to you on a more personal level and give you my experience as to why this is an excellent environment for me

This is not a replacement for a daily multivitamin. It's missing key nutrients, like vitamins A, C, D3. Most of the vitamins it claims are a very small amount, or even 0% of daily recommended value. I gave it 3 stars because it does taste good, but eat it as a 35 calorie snack with your quality daily vitamins.

Love these GEM bites! They have a great flavor and texture. Highly recommend for those who don't like swallowing giant multivitamin pills.Will definitely order again!

if I could give zero stars I would. These are so sickening to the taste that I spit it right out like someone was playing a joke on me. Never again.

My daily vitamin used to make me feel sick, but I suffered through it to be healthy. And yes, I now realize how weird that logic is. Not only do these chewy morsels taste good, they hit my stomach without making me want to barf, and the vitamins they deliver include the blast of Bs I need to boost my mood and energy. Instead of burning a hole in my stomach like my old vitamins, it looks like they’re full of prebiotics and probiotics which actually help my digestion. I think the biggest difference is that these vitamins and minerals come from REAL FOOD rather than synthetic powder compacted into rock-hard pills. They come packaged as little sticky lumps that aren’t pretty, but their soft chewiness is super satisfying with little bits of nuts and dried fruit. I actually feel better now than I did when I took a daily.
