My OB advised I take Magesium Glycinate during my 3rd trimester to help with the restless/cramping legs I got at night. I got into the habit of taking them a little bit before bedtime, so that they would kick in by the time I was ready to sleep. These were effective and I did notice a significant reduction in the cramps and restlessness when I took them. They also helped take the edge off of my insomnia and made it a bit easier to fall back asleep after getting up numerous times to go to the bathroom. That being said, I gave this 4 stars because the pills are HUGE and you have to take 3 of them to get the proper doseage. I don't know about anyone else, but this was a little difficult for me. During pregnancy I had nausea and a VERY sensitive gag reflex, so taking 3 of these was a little torturous. There were several nights when I couldn't even swallow all 3, so I settled for 1-2. Still, I purchased this bottle, so I committed to taking all of them and eventually finished the bottle. I did not repurchase and found a different brand that only required 1 pill. Effective, but the 3 giant pills didn't work for me.

Started taking these to help with my heart palpitations. I am AMAZED at how well they worked. Not only that but I am sleeping so much better as well. I was able to get off of a prescription my doctor gave and feel like a whole new person. Deeper sleep and better mood.

These vitamins come in a good quantity at a great price. I’ve never had any issues with this brand. There’s no distasteful aftertaste. I’ve purchased many different types of vitamins from the same company and I always get great quality, vitamins and supplements.

Works for me. No more leg cramps. Also, feels relaxing. No bathroom troubles.
