Very easy to put together. Super comfy! Great price for such a good chair.

Came packaged very, very well. No missing parts and even sent extra parts. Tool is quite sturdy and made well. Basic instructions, but almost unnecessary as the construction was pretty self explanatory, to me at least. It took me 25 minutes to put together. Only because I was taking my time and preoccupied with guests. Otherwise it would have taken maybe 15 minutes. Once together, it's really, really sturdy and comfortable. A little stiff, which I'm sure contributes to is stability, but I'm sure as it gets used, it will loosen up a little. Everything functions as should. Typical desk chair operation. It looks great too. I love being able to lift the arms out of the way when needed. I only have one hangup, I wish the seat was 1-2" deeper, because I like to sit with my legs criss-crossed fairly often. I still can, but an extra inch would be a huge improvement. Overall, this chair was well worth the 60 bucks and I'd absolutely buy again.

Shipping took much longer than expected because apparently the first one was damaged in shipping, but I was not made aware of this. It wasn't until I chatted in to Amazon that the replacement was ordered, but the replacement arrived very quickly. This is probably not the fault of the seller. The tool that the chair comes with for assembly is very nice. I'll be keeping that for the future. The tool feels somewhat cheaply made, like I could break it, but it's appreciated much more than the standard allan wrench. The chair also feels like it's possible to break it if you are too rough with it, like a lot of the pieces are plastic. I also wish the base of the chair, the part you actually sit on, was a bit bigger; I'm a skinny person, but I like to sit in the chair cross legged or with my knees up sometimes, and while it is possible for me to do on this chair, it's not roomy as I'd like it to be when sitting in a nonstandard position. The directions are also somewhat unclear; there are enough screws for everything, but the alphabet lettering of them is incorrect on the directions, however as long as you screw in the ten 14mm screws first like it tells you, and you make sure to screw "L" 35mm screws when it tells you, it's impossible to mess up because all the other screws are the same length. That said, for $60 it's a pretty good chair. This is obviously just my first impressions, and it might degrade unfavorably over time, but first impressions are pretty good. I desperately needed to replace my old chair, and this was a cheap upgrade. The head rest is nice, it doesn't squeak (yet), and it's much more comfortable than the chair I was using before. Hopefully it stays this good for a while.

A really nice adjustable chair for a reasonable price. The chair was easy to assemble, and the instructions were excellent. It is adjustable in several ways and is quite comfortable. I am short with back issues. This works nicely for my height (chairs often don't accomodate shorter people well) and has good back support. I would definitely recommend to friends.

I purchased this computer chair as a replacement to my current chair. I wasn't sure if this chair would work or be better than my last chair but, I decided to give it a try. I am so happy that I did purchase this chair. This chair arrived on time and was very easy to set up. All you had to do was to follow the instructions that are provided. This chair takes up less space than my last chair and I am also happy about that because I needed the extra space. The seat is also made of material so it's padded for comfort. If anyone is looking for a nice comfortable computer chair, this is the one to purchase. It also comes with a head rest and you can raise up the arms. I am a happy customer.

Works great and was simplish to assemble. Had some trouble getting the chair and base connected by myself but didnt take more than 5 minutes to get it right. Also there was a weird foam plug over the base, which the manual didn't mention and I first inserted it onto the gas lift. BIG MISTAKE, the lever couldn't push the gas lift, so I couldn't adjust it, I got it removed after a lot of effort but it worked fine after I removed the foam. Finally I had some difficulty reclining until I pulled out the gas lift lever, that unlocked it for me. Otherwise, it's nice and wide. I can also travel about a foot vertically. Plus the arm rests are plastic instead of cushion so they'll never peel like faux leather.

The headrest is perfect for me and I’m 5’2. Guess it depends how long your torso is… anyways the instructions were simple and clear to follow. Great chair for the price!!
