Idk why some reviews say it doesn't taste good. I add mine to a small amount of water and can hardly taste it. The only complaint I have is the dropper that came with mine doesn't seem to work properly. It only goes up to .5ml so I have to dose it 4 times. Just a little inconvenient. Otherwise great product.

I did not realize how important magnesium was. I have been taking it for a week now and my sleep has been improving so much each night. Helping me to feel more rested in the day. Its easy to take and the taste is not bad at all. I mix it in about an ounce of water just to gulp it down. I could probably just put it straight in because the taste is mild yet sweet.

Absolutely love this product. It really stopped the numbing and tingling in my feet.
