The product itself works as intended. Heats up quick and I haven’t gotten burnt using it like I usually do with other curling irons. Came with a comb and two hair clip things which was nice. I have tried it out a couple of times now. Both times my hair tangled up and got stuck in the turning process so I’d have to figure out how to get my hair unstuck. Not sure if I’m putting too much hair in even though it doesn’t seem like it? I have fine/thin hair. May be user error? I don’t know, I’ll keep trying a few more times? If it continues I might return it? A little worried it’s going to damage my hair when it gets stuck. Also and I don’t know if it’s because I have fine hair but the only part of the curl that lasts is at the very ends of my hair. When it’s first curled it looks cute but doesn’t seem to last longer than a couple hours at most. Which is disappointing! Was hoping they’d last like my bubble wand curls do, they last till I wash my hair next time. And I don’t use product on my hair to make them stay but may have to with this one if I decide to keep it and can figure out how to do it without it getting stuck in my hair.
