My local grocery stopped carrying my mushroom broth, and despite their rather large and varied selection of Better Than Boullion products, no mushroom. Amazon to the rescue. Great product. Buy 2 so you have a backup, cause you'll over use this awesome stuff and run out. 5 out 5 would have another 15 minute conversation with the random guy at Weis about the virtues of cooking with mushrooms.

My Hubby who does all the cooking insists we not run out of this one, his favorite of all the Better Than Bouillon. Of course, he has mosts of them! He was disappointed they stopped stocking the 21 oz size so now we have to order multiples, but they are worth it.

Delicious as a seasoning for vegetables and in soups. I use it every day in one dish or another. So happy to have a vegan broth base that suggests the tastiest chicken dishes you have ever eaten without the chicken-y taste of base made from chickens.

great substitute

I sought this product out because I have been actively working to eliminate BHT, TBHQ, MSG, and other unnecessary chemicals from the food I and my children eat. Note: the flavor is very strong! I was preparing 2 lbs. of ground beef and it said to add 4 Tbsp. per lb. I added maybe 6 Tbsp. instead of the 8 it called for, and my children agreed it was still a little too strong! I recommend 4 tsp. per lb. beef instead of the Tbsp. indicated (it is possible it is a typo on the label) Great flavor, and, be advised, highly staining!

Best chili base ever! I've tried other chili bases, but nothing is as flavorful as this. Will continue to buy!
