We purchased two renewed HP servers that arrived quickly and in very good shape. Our problem is that we have been unable to reach anyone in support via email, phone or text.Normally, these sorts of companies will send login information with the hardware so they can be logged into quickly to make sure everything is as advertised but not ConfigureSystems. After several attempts and ample time, we've had zero responses from their customer service just to get a login password. Now granted, most people (including us) will just wipe the operating system and start fresh, but it would have been helpful to be able to update all of the BIOS firmware prior to reinstalling Windows.Again, the hardware is fine but the support needs to be better.
