Ideal home amp. Just what I was looking for. Loud enough for you without disrupting the household and neighbours. With the reduction switch bringing the sound down to 1 watt is a great feature if you need it. Great on board channels from clean to od, along with the effects allows a lot of versatility in the sound you can get. On board patches for each channel are good examples/starting point on what you can achieve Really at the price point there is not a lot to dislike

I had heard the bigger ID Core amps and wanted one to get decent sounds in a bedroom without wearing out my valve amps through an attenuator. My 10 watt ID Core has several very good amp sounds including the two clean amps that break up nicely when driven. The ISF control shifts the frequencies affected by the EQ so the knob does more than a simple tone control. I like the selection of effects on offer and enjoy the super stereo sound. I make regular use of the built-in attenuator and found the amp has plenty of bass at sensible volume levels. Very good sounds in a small and lightweight portable box. The free Architect software is useful and works well for me. I like the cream colour, nice to have a change from black boxes. I fitted a footswitch socket like those on the 20 and 40 watt ID Cores, note this voids the warranty.

Firstly, the amp sounds fantastic. Wide range of tones and settings to get exactly what you want. Best feature for myself is that using a Mini-USB cable you can hook this up to a PC and it identifies the amp as both line in audio and line out for monitoring. I can plug my headphones into the amp and record away - it works immediately on Windows and Linux, and is perfect for Audacity, Cubase, FL Studio. And the stereo effects the amount offers sound amazing through this. This has saved me a shedload on a separate audio interface for recording my tunes as well as being a really nice amp. awesome

Brilliant Amp. Packs a lot of power above its size. Lots of functionality which I am still getting to grips with. Easy to change tones for everyday playing. Programmable for the Techies. Very pleased. I like the 1watt/40watt switch that enables you to use full amplification or low amplifications for practising/learning where volume isn’t the most important requirement

A very good amp, good and loud and lots of different settings. I love it.

I needed a replacement for a Roland Cube 30... which was always too loud for my place. Unboxed, plugged in and checked out the built in sounds, nice... Cleans are crisp, the crunches are crunchy and the overdrives are driven. The amp allows you to download new sound patches via the Architect software, so I downloaded that, registered and installed it. Now to download patches younplugbin the mini USB lead... WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED, or at least it wasn't in mine. The whole selling point for me was the ability to change the voices in the amp, so why not include the lead, which is only a couple of pounds... very disappointed.

Took a little while to get to grips with the different settings but it’s a great amp to set you off on your musical journey.

Awesome amp. You can play the distortion at low volume, so it's perfect for an apartment. The effects are great too, but it's a little annoying that the amp doesn't automatically switch back to the effect the knob is set for when you turn it on.
