I'm 74 years old and mobility is getting lots harder! I noticed a difference when I started taking the green lip mussel pills. They are only about a half inch long and pretty easy to swallow, I can't do the big pills. My legs, hips, and knees are doing better, tho my left knee still gets stiff when I sit. I haven't needed a cane for months. This was my second order and I will stay on them since they are OTC and easy to get, and THEY WORK

Been taking for a while and have noticed no real improvement in pain relief, but have noticed some significant change in inflammation, which is good. The pills are small and easy to swallow. No fishy burps or aftertaste. If there is further improvement, I'll update the review.

So sorry I couldn't report satisfactory results after two bottles. No hint of relief from shoulder joint pain whatsoever. Couldn't see the sense in buying more with still no improvement. I mean....basically, when does the relief kick in....2 bottles, 4 bottles or never??. May work for your malady. Really doesn't relieve my shoulder pains at all. Not effective for me.

So far it seems to be working only taking for two weeks. Will see how it goes in a month.

I’d like that the pills are small enough to swallow. And I did not get that fishy after taste. I am feeling that it’s doing its job, but I just started it. I like to continue to see where this takes me.
