Didn’t need to use weights for my 6x6’ banner. Is sturdy but downside is you have to use a little tool to dismantle and reassemble so you can’t loose it and it’s pretty tiny!

This stand has been great for party decorations - add a curtain or fabric clamped over the bar, some balloons or other decor, and my porch looks like a proper setup both for decoration and a photo backdrop.The water weights are handy in breezy situations, and I only needed to use heavier weights once (it was bordering windy that day).Budget-friendly, and easy to store and transport, and feels pretty sturdy with the feet (vs tripod types of similar stands).I do find it a bit cumbersome to setup alone, but perfectly do-able.I would recommend tossing some clamps in with the stand for use - but otherwise, ready to go out of the box.

This banner frame is perfect for events, parties or trade shows where you have a banner you need to display. It holds 8x10' banners with ease and they fit perfectly. Its a bit of a struggle with a new banner, but that is so it will hold the banner taut without wrinkling or sagging.I first used it for an adult prom party and forgot to take pictures, but it held the sponsor's commercial banner very well throughout the night. I addition to advertising, this banner holder is great for setting up photo opportunities at events. It is adjustable to hold different sized banners, and you could even use it as a balloon frame.I didnt need to use the water bags to hold it down, but it would be nice if the bags were black like the frame, they really look a little out of place unless you are able to hide them with balloons or a plant.Overall, its sturdy, stores small (though I wish it came with a storage bag!) and does the job, just be sure you have the right size banner or are ok

I wanted to start using the Chroma key for videos, so I opted to get a decent backdrop within a small budget. I bought the Hooomyai Backdrop Banner Stand. The kit has aluminum rods, large thumbscrews, two wide base feet, two inflatable water weights, and a carrying bag. The assembly is easy, although two people are recommended for a better and faster setup. The frame and base are sturdy and can easily be adjusted up to a whopping 10 x 8 ft effortlessly with just a few turns of the screws. I like the inclusion of the water weights; although effective, I decided to use heavier weights for more harsh outdoor conditions. The only downside is that I wish it came with clamps and a simple backdrop, but nonetheless, it is an excellent stand that will come in handy for parties, gatherings, vendors, and photography. I ordered this banner stand for use with a Step & Repeat banner. The stand breaks down into eight pieces. It is easily assembled and can be extended to a variety of size variations. I will be using it with a 10'x8' backdrop. I was impressed with the weight and quality of the aluminum alloy materials. I also consider the design to be suitable for quick setup and use as well as portability. The base stands are solid and work well in indoor conditions without the aid of any weights. The upright and cross pieces are sturdy. I did notice one of the plastic connectors was cracked upon arrival. Not ideal, but I will be fixing that with some heavy duty black tape. The stand arrives with two PVC inflatable bladders which are designed to hold up to 30 lbs. water each (according to the product listing). I have not used these bladder weights and will likely use another type of weight system. Nevertheless, I'm pleased they were included and will give them a try. For the price, this stand seems to be a good find.

This stands comes with all the equipment for the versatility of various backdrops. The pieces are very sturdy and gives you a very professional feel as you use these. It was easy to put together with nice instructions that were included. You are able to adjust the height for different types of backdrops. I like the case that comes with it. If you are into photography, videography or want to use for backdrops at parties this would be a nice stand to have in your professional or party toolbox.

This happens to be the best most sturdy background frame I have ever gotten. The feet are heavy solid steel. The assembly is super easy and it comes with the two screws and Allen wrench to secure the uprights to the feet. There are two water or sand bags that you can fill on put on the uprights to keep the base even more stable. The easy to twist and expand rods rise up to 8 feet, but first you should clip the two horizontal rods together and decide how wide you want the stand to be and secure the bottom rod by removing the butterfly screw snd inserting it through the upright and then tightening it to the post. Repeat for the top and then raise the top to your desired height. All comes aprt easily and stores in the included travel bag. I very high quality pieces for your photo taking opportunities and for any Banners you might have made for your gatherings. AAA+
