Suitcase is fairly well constructed and the wheels roll smoothly. As the review title says, it has no zippers. If you want to know why I don't like zippers on my checked luggage, go to social media and search "open a zipper suitcase with an ink pen". At least the latches provide "some" increased level of security while your suitcase is in the "back room" at the airport. Of course it still won't stop your suitcase from walking away at baggage claim.

Got this delivered today, went to change the default combination and discovered there was no key that came with it, just sent an email to the company, will update on their response. Update!! Luggex contacted me via Email in a timely manner, after reading their response and looking over the product , I as the idiot will look forward to years of use! Thank you to Luggex Customer Service!!

The luggage is wonderful. Exactly as described! I got the white, 20inch. It’s very pretty. I’ve only used it on one trip so far but, I feel like it will continue to be good luggage!

Handle is on the flimsier side but I was not throwing it around or being unreasonable with the handle. The first trip I took this luggage with, the handle broke. It either is stuck and I cannot push/retract it down or does not fully extend, and it extends crookedly. I tried contacting Amazon support, they were unable to help and provided LUGGEX's customer support contact. I reached out but the email provided does not exist... Quite disappointed :(

edit: they reached out to me and helped me the with warranty process and are sending me replacement locks, but not the keys. I raised the rating two stars because of their help and kindness, but I still feel a suitcase that’s intended for regular use shouldn’t begin degrading in 8 months. it was a good suitcase until it wasn’t. only last about 8 months until one of the locks on the buckles stopped worked. the key and combination don’t lock it. which really is a bummer bc I travel a lot and airport theft is a big problem right now.

I carried this one on a couple of trips so far. It endured everything. Note that I didn't check the carryon. Might come back to add an update later.
