Product packaging was good. I received the wrong thread pitch on 2 of the lug bolts. Only reason I’m not giving it a 5.

Bolt fell off
I installed everything with the manufacturers' standards. one bolt fell off. No clue where it went. I need one replacement stud. Like yesterday! I torqued all studs to 80 ft lbs like they say at BMW. Please let me either buy or send me another one so I can drive my car again.
