Great value basic steamer, powerful for the price

I bought this steamer few months back, to be honest it was working fine, we usually use it few times a week, sadly it stopped working, it's not heating anymore and when I try to plug it in, the whole electricity at home goes off, I tried to reach out to Q-Tech General Trading LLC but no answer, amazon also is not helping, I paid for the warranty and in the end all my money is wasted. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Really nice to iron abaya…does a good job , quiet fast too…hose gets hot while using, so giving a 4 star.

Pros: huge steam plate, steam works really well in any types of garments, easy grip handle, reasonable amount of water tank, hanger ready which you can extend, and the free heat resistant glove is nice. Cons: the base is not sturdy enough specially when the water is running low. Overall it was a great buy for me in replacement of jiffy steamer which is 3x of the amount this steamer.

It’s working fine but the the steam temperature is not that much hot. I have to use iron next to get better results.

I usually dont write reviews. This steamer is just amazing. Its perfect for all garments. My family feels like stopping ironing and switch to steamer. So quick and hygienic as the steam also kills the germs.

The steam is powerful and removes wrinkles easily. I have had steamer previously but this oen is the best so fa. It also comes with one glove which is very useful to avoid your hand from burning as the steam is very powerful. Please don’t hesitate to buy!

Base is quite flimsy, hose is thin and bends while you go low, which causes noise from the pump. If the hose was heavier material and tank fittings was tight, would have been ideal
