BEST wood filler I have used EVER!!It is really easy to use because it is a putty rather than a paste so one simply mixes the Part A and Part B in your hand until the colours blend and push it into the hole in the wood than needs filling. It is much better than the Ronseal product which is a paste and has to be mixed and applied with a putty knife. Also there is no smell so it doesn’t stink up the room unlike other products I have used before.

I bought this to restore a very badly rotted window sill. The quotes I received to replace the sill were ridiculous so I decided to go down this route. Abatron is easy to apply and work with. Make sure to mix the two part liquid wood evenly and thoroughly. The two part epoxy is easily mixed in your hands. Essentially I rebuilt the entire sill from inside to out using the epoxy. The upper facing was pitted by removed rotten wood but filled smoothly. Creating a flat facing was easy and it sanded down nicely when cured. I ended up using two tubs of each epoxy to complete the job as I underestimated how much would be needed initially. The 'new' sill is rock solid and will outlast me. Highly recommended.

We used this to fill a massive hole in a roof beam that squirrels had got to. It seems to have worked well and because of the nature of it being a putty rather than liquid, it was much easier to use in the awkward space. Well worth the money when the other option is to replace a whole roof beam.

best filler I have found in terms of ease of use, coupled with strength, so made the filling easy as well as really robust. only lost a star because it is so expensive. i use it for all areas that are structural and/or very exposed so I don't spend too much on the precious stuff. the sellers really reliable and fast too.

when you're fixing woodwork, you need epoxy that behaves like wood (ie grows and shrinks with the heat, forms a sticky bond etc) - this is the stuff. Don't be tempted to use cheaper car filler - it's too hard and will end up separating from the wood and breaking it to bits. This is better than wood filler - it's proper wood-repairer.

Excellent epoxy for strong wood repairs. Dries white and not the easiest to stain to the correct wood tone but with a little patience, gives a strong and perfect finish. Comes with epoxy putty for strong adhesive filling and liquid epoxy for strong joints.

It's much more expensive than similar products but has certain advantages. The Liquid Wood is thicker than other wood hardeners so is easier to apply to surfaces above and in some awkward places. The Woodepox takes much longer to harden than other two part fillers. This means it is easy to work over a longer period but you then have to wait longer between applications .

I have ordered this product as well as the Abatron epoxy wood hardener several times and have been very pleased with both. I am repairing a wood deck and have used these products to repair several areas of rot on the tops of the joists. This stuff is awesome and is very easy to use. This putty is very hard once it dries.

We weren’t in a position to tear out/replace damaged wood on our house but definitely needed a fast and non-complicated alternative. I had seen this product on Youtube (of course), watched a few tutorial videos and as I could not locate this locally, ordered it from Amazon. WOW!!! It really was as easy (NOTE: it is important to read the information and instructions BEFORE using this) as the videos showed! Yesterday my husband smoothly and successfully made the vital repairs to an area of our house without any stress. In the spring we will purchase a larger kit and make similar repairs to our barn. If you need to replace rotted or damaged wood quickly with something which will last, is both paintable and stainable and will withstand all weather conditions, THIS is the product to purchase!!! It is amazingly wonderful.

First used the product 4 years ago. Worked as stated, very good results. I use both LiquidWood and WoodEpox together. Read Instuctions, You might start with small amounts, get good at it cause it's expensive.

Did exactly as advertised, a great solution for addressing rotted wood in certain areas. Just a few tips. It is quite liquid, so clean up any drips or run off. May be best to tape the work area off if you are concerned about it spreading. I would recommend more than one application.A small amount makes a lot. Also it remains tacky when after the initial cure. Which is great if you use with the wood epoxy paste. The area i repaired with this is barely noticeable and is probably harder and more weather resistant than the original wood.

Had a rotten corner on my deck fascia. Removed the rotten wood and applied the epoxy hardener. The result was impressive. The epoxy hardener had penetrated the area where applied and produced a hard surface to work on. I had waited several hours for it to dry. The filler was mixed and applied as directed. It was easy to work with as well and I let it dry over night. To reduce the high spots, I used my hand plane and it worked very well. It allowed me to put a sharp edge of the corner and required minimal sanding. I will definite purchase this product again.
