Yes, the label says it is made in a facility that also processes peanuts, cashews, walnuts, and pecans.

I don't believe processed with other oils. By law US grown almonds have to be pasteurized or treated with a fungicide to kill bacteria. To know more about this particular brand you'd need to contact the manufacturer. This brand tastes fresh, superior to others I've ordered. Hope this helps!
