It works good, but i did just have a small hole
Easy to put on with what's in the box, ive seen alot of complaints about color match, but if you read the instructions it says after it sets, use rubbing alcohol and rub on the area to dull it down. Mine looks fine, yeah its noticable, but it doesn't look bad, and has held up pretty good so far. This is just a smalĺ hole but seems durable to me. It's better than getting caught in the rain and having my seat padding get wet and start getting funky under that pleather..

Good way to cover up “blemishes”.
This works well but you may have to use multiple layers.

Perfect Little Kit. Saved me a lot of time and money.
Tips: I found preparation is everything. Use a QTip with alcohol to clean the repair area, use the QTip to also clean the inside where your going to place the fabric backing, then place the backing material using a QTip. After this, use the brush to put paint under the crack so that the fabric piece can adhere to the leather inside, so the existing leather crack/hole has something to stick on. then fill in the crack with the paint using the spatula to even it out. I found using the plastic spatula to be better than the brush for a better finish. Just lightly press so that the inside of the crack/hole is filled so that you cant see paint around the crack of the leather itself just inside. The brush is not good for a flawless finished look. Then you can just fill in the crack/hole using the actual tube of paint to fill it in and the spatula to flatten it flush to the existing leather. This saved me a lot some a lot of time and money. Great little kit. You can also match the type of black by adding some white to the mix inside the little container for better color matching. Clean up with alcohol is easy if you need to start over. Hope this helps.

Works as stated. Doesn't apply nearly as good as I would have liked

DONT BUY BEFORE READING THIS
This is not to repair this is to paint ! And is very bad because the color of this is super black and shiny which will never match the color or interior of your car…I don’t know to to take it off now it looks way worst that because because the color is super darker then the actual black leather of car and is more noticeable and crack still shows ..

Not a repair compound
This product did not seem to work well for my barstool pad. I applied to (whatever you even call the “compound”) it’s like dyed gel. I was expecting more like a 2 part adhesive/glue for the repair and dye to mix in for blending…or for a final touch up coat after. This product is a poor excuse for a “repair” kit. It’s nothing more than a means of color matching. I wouldn’t even waste the money. There are FAR better products than this that will ACTUALLY give you a professional outcome. THIS PRODUCT IS GARBAGE!!!
